1. A. County hopes to spend less on Grace, more on services

C. This article discussed rerouting a large portion of money used for helping a homeless people in general especially a homeless camp ground shelter called dignity village where over hundred people have tents and another hundred plus stay in shelters. The goal is to use the money to help with more services that help homeless people such as emergency shelters and rapid rehousing, focusing on people who have become homeless while living here, not just by people from all surrounding counties who have a track record of staying homeless.

D. The problem of this story is that people who are functioning citizens are becoming homeless while living here but because so much funding goes random homeless people who are have more of a chance of remaining homeless, they are not able to recover as quickly. People who are just homeless but had a job and functioned well are easier to get back on their feet, then there will be more resources for people who are homeless for years.

E. The two biggest people who have this problem are the people who just need help getting back on their feet after a major event, who don’t receive the attention they need because someone who has embraced the lifestyle for many years is getting similar attention.
